The S. DHOLE GROUP, one of the oldest Pharmaceutical groups of Kolkata started its journey in 1965 under the entrepreneurship of Sri Satyendra Nath Dhole. S.Dhole & Co. the oldest among the group is engaged in manufacturing of modern medicines under allopathic drug licence following GMP and GLP norms.

SDI Herbo-Chem Pvt. Ltd. (formed in 2013) has taken over the proprietorship company S.D.Industries which had started business in 1999. This company is engaged in manufacturing of house-hold items and ayurvedic proprietory medicines.

Esar Marketing set up in 1997 looks after the total marketing and distribution of the group through its team of sales personnel and distributor network.
